Medicaid Annual Review Coming Spring of 2023

If you or your children have Medicaid Healthy Connections in South Carolina, beginning April 1st, 2023, annual eligibility reviews will resume. They were suspended due to the COVID-19 public health emergency.

Important things to do if you have (or someone you know has) Medicaid:

• Verify your correct address

• Verify your correct phone number

• Reply when you receive annual review request
  

You will qualify for a special enrollment period to enroll in health insurance the begins April 1, 2023 through the summer of 2024. Once you lose Medicaid coverage, you have 60 days to enroll in another health plan.
