How many employees do I need to have a group?

At least 2, most companies have certain participation requirements as well.

Do I have to offer insurance to my employees?

There is no requirement for a small employer to offer health insurance to its employees (under 50 full time equivalent). Large employers are not required, but will have to pay a tax penalty if they do not offer a plan.

Can I offer more than one plan to my employees?

Most insurance companies will allow you to offer more than one plan to your employees, some offer 2-3 options.

What is an ICHRA?

Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement

ICHRA's allow employers to offer a monthly allowance so employees can choose their own individual health insurance plan.
